Last year Tia Gostelow released her sophomore studio album ‘CHRYSALIS’ under very different circumstances than expected. With no touring happening, the Brisbane based singer-songwriter has had only a few opportunities to perform songs from this record live thanks to a few different intimate shows and festival opportunities within Queensland.
2021 was going to see her finally change that, and just as she embarked on her highly anticipated ‘CHRYSALIS Album Tour’ another lockdown interfered with the routing. With restrictions easing she was finally able to take to The Triffid stage in Brisbane to a sold out crowd who were very excited to see her. Celebrating nearly a year of the album being in the world and her new single ‘VALLEY NIGHTS’, she gave the crowd an upbeat setlist of fan favourites, new bangers and some intimate moments.
Joined by Sahara Beck, the Friday night show was one that was long overdue and heavily appreciated in a time where experiencing live music is a luxury.
