SINGLE REVIEW: San Cisco – Reasons

Layering their sound with a bright nostalgic palette, San Cisco are setting the foundations for you to dance your way through 2020.

Returning late last year with the groovy ‘Skin’, the Fremantle indie-pop trio hit the road for an intimate run of shows that saw them reacquainting themselves with their long-term fans. And 2020 will include a whole lot more of mischief with the band just being announced for Groovin The Moo along with a string of headline dates too.

Their new single ‘Reasons’ from their forthcoming EP ‘Flaw’ (out March 27), hears them continuing the nostalgic 80’s infused indie-pop sound with a groovy heart in tact.

Encouraging someone they love to open up about their vulnerabilities and embrace the pain we feel in our lives, it’s all about how communication can be a massive turning point. They want people to be more transparent with what’s going on in their lives as it’s what helps strengthen relationships and also helps society continue to grow.

Euphorically singing “Let it go” throughout the hook, they create that carefree atmosphere that strips the weight of your vulnerabilities and has you wanting to dance the song away.

With the production being very upbeat, this will be a great addition to their live set and will have immediate singalong’s engaged.
