Sydney singer-songwriter Jack River is absolutely exploding at the moment. Along with the announcement of her debut album and her massive headlining Australian tour she has released an enchanting new track that will have you pretty excited once you hear it. ‘Limo Song’ begins with a country-esq production that mixes in a pulsating disco inspired beat to create a fusion that is very different. The chorus adds in a pop-rock polish with a festival ready hook that will ignite in her live set. It’s going to be one of those songs that some people will instantly love whilst others are going to have to have a couple of listens to really get it. But for me as soon as that chorus hit I was sold. It has this really euphoric feel that tells the story perfectly of being in love and just wanting to be in someones presence. Her indie-pop meets soulful rock vocals are very versatile and tie together this song perfectly. So many feels and so many vibes.
