Every year Splendour In The Grass impresses with a massive and diverse line up that always boasts something for everyone. And because of this it has been given the label of Australia’s leading and most exciting music festival. 2018 sees the juggernaut delivering one of its biggest and most exciting line ups yet. This July Kendrick Lamar, Lorde and Vampire Weekend will be heading to Byron Bay Parklands to headline the three day event which is set to sell out instantly. This will mark Kendrick’s first visit to Australia since his 2016 set at Bluesfest. The highly anticipated appearance comes after he released his critically acclaimed fourth studio album “Damn” and topped the 2017 Triple J Hottest 100 Countdown with “Humble. Whilst on the other hand Lorde will be returning to Australia to play one of her final “Melodrama” shows and if it’s anything like her tour last year it’s guaranteed to be a spectacle and an euphoric experience. Theses headliners will be joined by some of the biggest international indie-pop, RNB and rock artists like Khalid, The Wombats, Chvrches, Miguel, Franz Ferdinand, MGMT, Ben Howard and James Bay. As well as some of Australia’s biggest homegrown acts like Angus And Julia Stone, Amy Shark, Hilltop Hoods, PNAU, Gangs Of Youth and Ball Park Music. This line up boasts not just diversity but also an incredible force of talent. These artists will make you dance and some will even move you to tears and have you feeling all the emotions. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 9am Thursday 19 April with an exclusive VISA presale beforehand on Wednesday 18 April.
