Newcomer Eliott was first introduced to the world at the end of 2017 with her debut single “Figure It Out”. The minimalistic track spotlighted her incredible and emotional vocals along with her vulnerable storytelling. With her debut EP scheduled to be released on April 2 the Melbourne songstress has dropped her second single and this is one to really get excited about. “Over & Over” channels the vulnerable intimacy that Vera Blue perfected on her debut album with the inclusion of moody synths and beats that remind me of the production efforts of BROODS. This track is absolutely stunning, heartbreaking and oh so magical. It explores that rare kind of love that no matter how many days, months or years that you are apart that you know they will always have your back. Her vocal delivery will have you instantly in awe with your undivided attention. She will have you impressed with her effortless vocal runs and high notes that sway between the honest lyrics. This is truly a special song which shows a great growth in her songwriting and production from her first single. Elliott is someone you are going to want to keep tabs on this year.
