SINGLE REVIEW: Selena Gomez feat. Gucci Mane – Fetish

SELENA

We’ve been waiting patiently for the moment Selena Gomez would return to her RNB sound she perfected with “Good For You” and I’m still salty that we’ve had to wait this long. “Fetish” is the second single from her forthcoming third studio album and she revives this sexy sound and I couldn’t be more grateful. While it may be a slow burner this seductive RNB song is a BIG song. It’s mature, sexy and will have you unleashing your seductive and sassy side to an ex that won’t disappear from your life. “You’ve got a fetish for my love. I push you out and you come right back. Don’t see a point in blaming you. If I were you, I’d do me too”. It’s quite empowering and an interesting way to look at an obsessive ex. It will have you strutting along instantly and wanting to sing this straight to your exes face. Gucci Mane’s rap isn’t the best but it brings a unique texture to the song. It grows on you quite quickly after the first listen and while it may not be a “banger” like Demi Lovato’s new song, it is a seductive TUNE.
