SINGLE REVIEW: Justin Timberlake – Can’t Stop The Feeling

I’m really loving pop music at the moment because there’s a new wave of euphoric tracks cycling through the machine and onto our airwaves. Justin Timberlake is ready to make his mark again with a song that is intended as the lead single for the new Dreamworks film “Trolls” due out in November but it could also be his next big hit. His last album “The 20/20 Experience” (Part 1 and Part 2) didn’t have the biggest chart impact but this song welcomes him back into the pop territory. It’s gimmicky, cute but still holds onto his big band roots serving a funky track that will have you not wanting to stop grooving. The chorus is BIG and infectiously catchy and it will be undoubtedly stuck in your head after a first listen while the bridge is smooth and gets your heart racing. “Cause I got that sunshine in my pocket, got that good song in my feet, I feel that hot blood in my body when it drops”. The accompanying music video is MEGA cute and has the co-stars from the movie featuring lip synching along to the track, definitely worth a watch.
